5,500 square foot solar-powered casa features three-levels, 7-bedrooms / 4.5 full bath- rooms. Each bedroom features luxury linens, memory foam beds, bath towels, washcloths, night lights, and retractable fans for your comfort.

Boasting 22’ soaring ceilings, the family room or as we affectionately named The Sloth Room, features a custom cherry bar with bar seating, a large sectional couch with large coffee table, 65” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, large ceiling to floor windows, ra- dio cabinet with vintage record player, chess/game table for late night games.

The heart of the home is outfitted with a center island featuring a gas cook- top, double ovens, kitchen sink overlooking the beautiful backyard oasis, custom coffee bar with espresso machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, large dining room that hosts up to 10 guests plus a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen connects with the large family room so the chef of the family can be part of the memories made listening to your favorite music.

The  fully finished basement, affectionately known as the Monkey Lounge, hosts 1,500 sq. ft of space with 8’ ceilings, a theater-style living room, poker table, 3- in-1 game table, kids “bar” with popcorn machine and mini-fridge. Plus there are two private bedrooms. One bedroom will host a Queen bed and a full bathroom.

There is comfortable seating copy for 12 people around our 8' dining table complete with wine bar and antique sideboard furnished with serving platters. The dining room effortlessly flows to the Living Room and Kitchen. 

  (Sleeps up to two): appointed with a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser and one- of-a-kind computer desk designed and restored by our resident designer, the Zebra room will be sure to delight. This main level bedroom is great for our mature guests or those with disabilities.

  (Sleeps up to two): this elegant and super-private bedroom is one of two master bedroom suites tucked away from the action. With a King bed plus lounge chair, the room features a dedicated en-suite bathroom with single vanity and bathtub. Complete with night- stands, flat screen TV and gorgeous antique dresser.

  (Sleeps up to two): this cozy bedroom includes a Queen bed full size closet, dresser, custom designed nightstands and connects to the full size bathroom shared with the Peacock Suite.

(Sleeps up to four): this peacock-inspired bedroom features a beautifully appointed Queen bed plus twin day bed with twin trundle. With a uniquely designed antique dresser and nightstands, it features a shared en-suite bathroom with full bath tub which is shared with the Swan bedroom.

  (Sleeps up to four): the King of the jungle will be pleased with this luxurious den for his Queen and their cubs (if they so choose). Complete with King bed, 2-living areas, flat screen TV, antique desk and chair, twin-day bed with twin trundle, electric fireplace,and walk-in closet. Let’s not forget the ultimate en-suite bathroom with luxurious jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities,

(Sleeps up to ten): The dedicated kids room (or kid-like adults) comes with two bunk beds; twin-over-full bunk and a twin with trundle and a separate Queen bed NOTE top bunks have a weight limit of 165lbs.

(Sleeps up to two): this dreamy BOHO bedroom is the perfect space for the young couple looking to escape all the monkeying around. This room shares a bath with Monkey Suite 1.
