No prom parties or spring breakers please!

• Check-in Sundays at 4PM 
• Check-out Sundays at 10AM 
• NO late check out during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

• Minimum of 6-night stay at our vacation rental during peak season in Wildwood (Memorial Day through Labor Day) 
• Off-peak season in Wildwood for vacation rentals is, minimum stay 3-night stay (September – May) 

While we love our furry family members, we do not allow pets due to other guest allergies and to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

There is a designated smoking area on the front porch of our vacation rental and in the backyard oasis. 

Hopefully having your 23 friends or family members is enough to keep you entertained during your vacation.  We do not allow additional guests to stay at the home during your stay beyond those that are registered guests. 

• Each guest will be provided with a unique entry code upon your arrival to be used during your stay. We ask that you do not share your code with anyone except the guests staying at the home. 
• There are three Fire Extinguishers located on each level of the home; one in the kitchen butlers pantry, one on the second level in the laundry room and one in the tower bedroom on the 3rd floor. 
• Your safety is paramount, therefore Casa di Amici is outfitted with exterior cameras, security systems, unique guest codes, and Ring doorbells. There are no cameras inside our home to ensure your privacy. 
• Please lock all doors and windows at the end of the day to ensure your safety.
• The Pool and Hot Tub are available for our guests to use.  There are separate rules to follow which will be posted by these amenities and in your guest welcome package.
• Each kitchen sink is equipped with a garbage disposals. Please DO NOT put any metal, plastic or object other than food in the sink/drain!!

• Guests are responsible for bringing garbage and recycling bins to the curb and returning them to the side yard. Schedule is as follows: 
  • Recycling and garbage removal take place Tuesdays and Fridays during Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • Off peak, Tuesdays is garbage removal and Friday’s is recycling

Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, the town of Wildwood enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am.

• IMPORTANT: If we receive a fine during your stay, the cost of the penalty will be deducted from your security deposit. 

Your comfort is our priority.  We provide linens and bath towels for each guest and Beach  towels are available in the Love Shack by the pool.  

• In exchange, we ask that all guests strip the beds and place sheets on the bed you slept in.  Used bath & beach towels can be placed in the laundry room on the 2nd level
• Casa di Amici is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay to meet COVID-19 requirements

We, the owners of Casa di Amici, are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
