Casa di Amici's signature bright yellow exterior cannot be missed.  Paired with an electric blue door, you can sense the magic of our home as you step on the brick walkway to the front porch.  The porch is a magical place where you can wave at all the friendly neighbors and beachgoers as they stroll by.  Adorned with three cozy benches and two hammock swings, there is plenty of room for you and your family and friends to host sunset conversations and maybe a few naps. 

As you enter Casa di Amici, the living room is the beginning of your journey. It features a gas fireplace, 48" flat-screen TV, and cozy seating area with French doors that lead to the backyard oasis. You can access the main stairs to the 2nd level or make a left turn to the kitchen or walk straight into the dining room.  It is truly the hub of the home and flows seamlessly from room to room.  

The heart of the home is outfitted with a center island featuring an electric cook-top, two ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers, a massive professional-grade refrigerator, café seating that seats six people, and a butler's pantry. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee and espresso bar, open shelving, dishware, glassware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and your basic seasoning needs. The kitchen overlooks the large family room so the chef of the family can be part of the memories made over a game of pool. 

  Appointed with a floor-to-ceiling stone, wood-burning fireplace, 60" flat-screen TV, heated terra cotta floors, bar area equipped with glassware, 3-in-1 game table (pool, ping-pong and air hockey), and plenty of games and books to entertain every member of your crew. 

There is comfortable seating for 12 people around our 8' dining table complete with wine bar and antique sideboard furnished with serving platters. The dining room effortlessly flows to the Living Room and Kitchen. 

  (Sleeps up to four): This private bedroom located off the Living room is styled with a Queen Bed, comfy daybed with twin mattress and pull-out trundle with an additional twin bed, and an en suite retro bathroom with walk-in shower.

  (Sleeps up to five): Perfect for families or framilies with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed with trundle and an en suite bathroom with a full-size bathtub and large single vanity. This suite is located off the family room and the bathroom is shared with the main house. 

  (Sleeps up to four): A massive  dream master bedroom styled with a living room with a pull-out sofa with memory foam queen mattress, gas fireplace, skylight, and desk area for your workcation. A decorative sliding barn door separates the living room from a large bedroom with a Queen sleigh bed, flat-screen TV, and a full spa bathroom en suite with double vanities, steam shower that connects to a walk-in rain shower. 

(Sleeps up to two): Features a full size bed, work station with an antique desk in case you are doing a workcation or writing the next big novel, flat-screen TV plus this room has an en suite play area/bedroom (The Poodle Beach Suite) that connects through a lockable door.

  (Sleeps up to two): This multi-purpose room acts as both play area, hang out, and bedroom for the kids! Including a memory foam futon couch that converts into a full-size bed, teepee, and games to keep the kids occupied while you take a siesta. 

(Sleeps up to five): The dedicated kids room (or kid-like adults) comes with two bunk beds; a full-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin with trundle. It also features two bean bag chairs and a game table. 

(Sleeps up to two): Inspired by the beaches of Maratea, Italy, this romantic bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and hammock hanging chair. This private suite is the only room located on the 3rd level of Casa di Amici and has some of the best views in the house.
